Wholesale sample eligibility

We supply spices on a wholesale and business-to-business level. When you request sample shipments through this website, you confirm that:

• You are requesting samples on behalf of a registered food service, distributor, retail entity, or restaurant business.
• The shipping address provided is a valid commercial business address or verified residential address associated with your establishment.
• You are authorized to coordinate supply procurement on behalf of your business entity.

We reserve the right to decline sample requests that cannot be verified or fall outside our wholesale distribution regions.

Product quality and consistency

We work to supply consistent, premium-batch ground masalas, whole seeds, and custom blends. While we perform FDA-mandated testing and quality control inspections, slight variations in natural spice oils, color, and heat levels can occur due to seasonal harvesting cycles in India.

Order quotes and payment

All quotes, prices, and catalogs provided during direct coordination are subject to change based on global raw ingredient market values and shipping carrier pricing. Specific contract terms, delivery timelines, and payments will be defined in a signed wholesale supply agreement.

Limitation of liability

Borah Spices and its coordination team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product shipping delays, customs clearances, harvest interruptions, or cooking preparations. Our maximum liability for shipped products is limited to the contract replacement value of those specific items.

Intellectual property

All images, product names, logos, custom blends, texts, and templates on this website are protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, display, or distribute our visual assets without explicit written consent from the Borah Spices management team.

Governing law

These terms and any business disputes associated with our wholesale coordination will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law guidelines.
